We sustain our quality levels by making sure that our quality management system is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels of our organization, and we’re certified to the international quality management standard ISO 9001:2008.
In order to achieve continual improvement in our environmental performance, we set ourselves annual objectives and targets to reduce the impact of our services and operations. We are certified to the international environmental management standard ISO 14001:2004.
Technetix offices around the world play an active role in their communities by supporting local charities.
In the Balkans we support The Handikos charity which is dedicated to children with disabilities. In 2012 we also donated surplus equipment such as chairs and an air conditioning unit to the Hasan Pristina Primary School in Kosovo. More recently, Technetix donated a professional second-hand color printer to the school.
Our Polish office donated €1200 to the Together with Child local children’s home in Wroclaw.
Technetix Netherlands sponsored Wolter Rebergen, Team Leader in our Veenendaal warehouse to raise funds for cancer research. Wolter cycled for 24 hours on a cross trainer bicycle and Technetix donated €300 to the Dutch cancer society.
In the UK, we donate funds to support Chestnut Tree House Children’s Hospice – our chosen UK charity. Employees also take part in volunteer activities at the house including gardening and general maintenance. In May 2014, the company donated £10,100 to pay for more than a day's running costs at the hospice for the third year in a row. In June 2014, head office staff held a superhero-themed fancy dress day to raise money for the home, and the company gifted £100 to the cause through a social media campaign supporting England’s performance in the FIFA World Cup.
Technetix USA, supports Rebuilding Together Metro Denver, a charity that enables the elderly and disabled to stay in their own homes for longer by providing light repair and maintenance work.
Our Spanish office collaborates with a church in Zaragoza that runs projects to help people in need in the local community. Projects include a kindergarten for orphans and children of the homeless, the provision of meals for the homeless and poorest, and therapies to help those suffering from alcoholism. In 2013, Technetix Spain provided a computer training course to community members of the local parish in Zaragoza. The course covered topics such as navigating the Internet and using Microsoft Office software.
